Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a high degree of accuracy and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics, including call quality and average handle time.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Senior High School graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment with shifting schedules.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Previous experience in a customer service or BPO role is a plus, but not required.
