Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a high degree of accuracy and empathy.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics, including call quality and average handle time.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary to ensure swift resolution.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Senior High School graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment with shifting schedules.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or BPO role is a plus, but not required.
