  • Manage and organize complex client data sets with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and various digital communication channels.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client service and project delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in Customer Service or a BPO environment.
  • Must be a High School Graduate or hold a Vocational Diploma; a College Degree is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a focus on professional etiquette.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.
