Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Keep detailed records of all conversations in our call center database according to standard operating procedures.
  • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets/KPIs.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines when handling different topics.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers accurately.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and fast typing skills (at least 30 WPM).
  • Willingness to work onsite in Pangasinan and adhere to shifting schedules.
  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
