- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues effectively while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, services, and processes to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in ongoing training and development.
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
