Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to meet business targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.
- Assist in training new hires and share best practices to improve team performance.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and internet browsers.
