You will handle inbound communication via phone, email, and chat. Your goal is to provide first-contact resolution while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and empathy. You will navigate multiple systems to access client information and process transactions accurately. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding banking and financial products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in the company database.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, average handling time, and first call resolution.
- Upsell or cross-sell financial products to achieve sales targets and earn commissions (up to ₱40,000).
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- At least High School (HS) Graduate, K-12 completer, or College level (undergraduate or graduate). All educational backgrounds are welcome!
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
- Ability to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and typing.
- Willingness to learn about the Banking & Financial Services industry.
