As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle incoming inquiries from clients primarily through non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media, with occasional voice calls. Your responsibilities include resolving issues, providing accurate product and service information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work collaboratively with a supportive team and have access to ongoing professional development.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Handle occasional voice calls to assist customers with complex issues or requests.
  • Identify and resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and providing the appropriate solution.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information.
  • Contribute to team goals by meeting performance metrics such as customer satisfaction and response time.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent; college graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays (if required).
  • No prior BPO experience needed – training provided.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Kapasigan, Metro Manila.
