Tanggung Jawab

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Provide product information and educate customers on available healthcare solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
  • Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards during every interaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree holder or currently completing a degree (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating web-based applications (MS Office).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
