Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate daily operational tasks to ensure seamless workflow execution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal databases in real-time.
  • Troubleshoot escalated service issues, providing timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and operational bottlenecks.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of reliability, integrity, and professional etiquette.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
