Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-quality outbound calls to existing and prospective clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Effectively communicate product or service information to address customer needs and resolve inquiries.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to refine sales and service strategies.
- Handle objections and escalations with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Adhere strictly to company compliance standards and call quality guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an outbound voice, telemarketing, or customer service role.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to maintain a professional and friendly tone.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
