Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call handling time and satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance service quality
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service experience in BPO/contact center
- Excellent command of English and local dialects
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
