Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately within the CRM system to maintain up-to-date client records.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant solutions while adhering to company policies and scripts.
  • Collaborate with team leads and other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure comprehensive service delivery.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and professional assistance.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong typing speed and proficiency with computer applications and CRM software.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult or irate customers.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setup, including required on-site days in Pangasinan.
