This is a permanent work-from-home position with a night shift schedule, offering competitive compensation of up to PHP 28,000.
As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support through various communication channels including live chat, email, SMS, and phone. Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining a professional demeanor in every interaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide multi-channel customer support via chat, email, SMS, and phone with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Meet and exceed performance targets including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services during customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance customer experience
- Adhere to compliance standards and data protection guidelines in all customer interactions
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position (6 months minimum preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using chat, email, and phone systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote home environment with stable internet connectivity
- Flexible availability to work night shifts and possibly weekends as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates are encouraged to apply
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
