Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our internal CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including quality and productivity goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office or Google Suite.
  • Prior experience in a BPO or customer service environment is a plus but not required.
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
