Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and empathetic service.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify process improvements.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including average handling time and quality scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and internal policies to ensure accurate support delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or hold a Senior High School diploma.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and multitasking across various platforms.
- Ability to adapt to flexible schedules, including night shifts or holidays if required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven work environment.
