Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and empathetic service.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference and reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify process improvements.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including average handling time and quality scores.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and internal policies to ensure accurate support delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college education or hold a Senior High School diploma.
  • Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in basic computer navigation and multitasking across various platforms.
  • Ability to adapt to flexible schedules, including night shifts or holidays if required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven work environment.
