Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer issues, troubleshoot basic technical concerns, and provide accurate product information.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to refine processes and improve overall customer satisfaction scores.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Adhere to company policies and security guidelines to ensure data privacy and account safety.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on account-specific updates and service protocols.

Kualifikasi

  • At least Senior High School graduate or completed 2 years in college.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced BPO environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using web-based tools.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is an advantage but not required (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
