Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international airline customers
  • Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, bookings, and travel policies

Kualifikasi

  • 2-3 years of international voice experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills in English with clear pronunciation
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer focus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays if required
