As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of customer interactions, providing exceptional service to international travelers. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international airline customers
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, bookings, and travel policies
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process flight reservations, modifications, and cancellations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality
- Adhere to airline protocols and customer service standards
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Continuously update knowledge of airline products, services, and promotions
Kualifikasi
- 2-3 years of international voice experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in English with clear pronunciation
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays if required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn about the airline industry
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
