- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on luxury standards.
- Provide accurate product information and style advice to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Identify upselling opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within the retail or luxury industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Proficient in using computer systems and MS Office applications.
