You will be tasked with understanding client needs, offering tailored product recommendations, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on pre-sales support.
  • Identify customer requirements and provide technical guidance on printer consumables and hardware solutions.
  • Drive sales growth by proactively following up on leads and upselling relevant products.
  • Maintain accurate client records and transaction details within the company CRM.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve pre-sales concerns and service requests.
  • Prepare and send accurate quotations and product proposals to prospective clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.
  • Monitor inventory levels of consumables to ensure timely replenishment for key accounts.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or inside sales.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong interest in technology, printer hardware, and office consumables.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
