Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on pre-sales support.
- Identify customer requirements and provide technical guidance on printer consumables and hardware solutions.
- Drive sales growth by proactively following up on leads and upselling relevant products.
- Maintain accurate client records and transaction details within the company CRM.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve pre-sales concerns and service requests.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations and product proposals to prospective clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables to ensure timely replenishment for key accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or inside sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interest in technology, printer hardware, and office consumables.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
