Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support via voice, chat, or email channels.
- Analyze and resolve customer inquiries with accuracy and empathy.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by meeting performance benchmarks.
- Document customer interactions clearly in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to refine support processes.
- Adhere to security protocols and data privacy regulations.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and service quality.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years of college education (or Senior High School graduate with relevant experience).
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM tools.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in a BPO or customer service environment is an advantage but not required.
