Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer support via voice, chat, or email channels.
  • Analyze and resolve customer inquiries with accuracy and empathy.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by meeting performance benchmarks.
  • Document customer interactions clearly in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to refine support processes.
  • Adhere to security protocols and data privacy regulations.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and service quality.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college education (or Senior High School graduate with relevant experience).
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM tools.
  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in a BPO or customer service environment is an advantage but not required.
