Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for premium account holders with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium customers to enhance loyalty
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Meet and exceed performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first call resolution rates
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service quality
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Tagalog
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer focus
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Must be willing to work in Santa Rosa City, Laguna
