Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver high-quality customer service support via phone, email, and chat for a premium client account.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions to ensure high satisfaction scores.
  • Navigate multiple software platforms and tools simultaneously to manage account information effectively.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of products and service updates to provide expert assistance to customers.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and fellow agents to improve workflow efficiency and service standards.
  • Adhere to attendance, quality, and productivity metrics as defined by the account’s performance benchmarks.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of College education or Senior High School graduate with relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating digital platforms.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and professional problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in a BPO or call center environment is an advantage, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced corporate environment.
