Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets (KPIs).
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and resolve issues efficiently.

Kualifikasi

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
  • At least a High School graduate (K-12) or equivalent; College graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous BPO experience is a significant advantage, but fresh graduates with high potential are welcome.
  • Proficiency in computer navigation and multitasking across different platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
  • Must be amenable to working in a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Currently living within or willing to commute to Quezon City (Centris).
