- Handle inbound calls, emails, and/or chats from property insurance policyholders with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers with a wide range of inquiries including policy information, coverage details, claims processes, and billing questions.
- Provide accurate, clear, and concise information regarding property insurance products and services.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately and thoroughly in the company's CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior agents or supervisors in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and building positive rapport.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines in all customer interactions.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new product knowledge, system updates, and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the BPO industry or insurance sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a clear and articulate phone voice.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, navigating multiple applications, and basic office software (MS Office Suite).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining composure.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
