Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and/or chats from property insurance policyholders with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist customers with a wide range of inquiries including policy information, coverage details, claims processes, and billing questions.
  • Provide accurate, clear, and concise information regarding property insurance products and services.
  • Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately and thoroughly in the company's CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior agents or supervisors in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and building positive rapport.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines in all customer interactions.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new product knowledge, system updates, and process improvements.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a significant advantage.
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the BPO industry or insurance sector.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a clear and articulate phone voice.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, navigating multiple applications, and basic office software (MS Office Suite).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining composure.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
