Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective property clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Manage client inquiries, providing accurate and timely information regarding property listings, project updates, and service offerings.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and brand reputation.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to property handover.
- Handle client feedback and resolve concerns professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain an organized database of client interactions and follow-ups using our internal CRM software.
- Support administrative tasks to ensure the office operates efficiently and professional standards are upheld.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle diverse client personalities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
