- Handle inbound/outbound calls and communications regarding patient billing, insurance claims, and healthcare inquiries
- Resolve patient concerns with empathy and professionalism while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations
- Document interactions accurately in healthcare management systems and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve billing discrepancies
- Meet performance metrics for call quality, resolution time, and patient satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on healthcare policies and procedures
- Support revenue cycle goals through efficient patient communication and issue resolution
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or healthcare experience required
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear, professional diction
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of healthcare billing procedures and insurance terminology
- Excellent problem-solving skills and patience in handling complex patient issues
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in both English and Tagalog for effective communication
