Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer support via voice, chat, or email channels for international real estate and travel clients.
  • Assist customers with property listings, booking modifications, and travel itinerary inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues with a focus on first-call resolution and high satisfaction ratings.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily productivity and quality metrics consistently.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve service delivery.
  • Adhere to security and data privacy protocols during customer interactions.

Kualifikasi

  • Must be at least a High School graduate (K-12) or Senior High School graduate.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate or travel industry terminology is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment is highly preferred but not mandatory.
