Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support via voice, chat, or email channels for international real estate and travel clients.
- Assist customers with property listings, booking modifications, and travel itinerary inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues with a focus on first-call resolution and high satisfaction ratings.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily productivity and quality metrics consistently.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve service delivery.
- Adhere to security and data privacy protocols during customer interactions.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least a High School graduate (K-12) or Senior High School graduate.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of real estate or travel industry terminology is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
- Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment is highly preferred but not mandatory.
