  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve order, shipping, and product-related concerns to ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Navigate multiple internal systems efficiently to provide accurate information and solutions.
  • Adhere to quality assurance guidelines and performance metrics consistently.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM database.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to better serve the customer.

Kualifikasi

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Completed at least 2 years in college or hold a Senior High School diploma.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer navigation and web applications.
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to provide excellent service.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
