Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve order, shipping, and product-related concerns to ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Navigate multiple internal systems efficiently to provide accurate information and solutions.
- Adhere to quality assurance guidelines and performance metrics consistently.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM database.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to better serve the customer.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Completed at least 2 years in college or hold a Senior High School diploma.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and web applications.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to provide excellent service.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
