Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via voice, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer concerns related to retail orders, shipping, and product information effectively.

- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service delivery.

Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years of college.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Customer service orientation with a genuine passion for the retail industry.
- Ability to navigate multiple software applications and multi-task efficiently.
- Proficient in basic computer navigation and internet applications.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
