Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 12 months BPO experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer focus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required
