Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and chat regarding retail inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Navigate multiple software systems to document customer interactions accurately.
- Maintain deep knowledge of retail product lines and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and account management.
- Uphold brand standards and deliver personalized customer experiences in every interaction.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Completed at least 2 years in college or a Senior High School graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer navigation skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-centric mindset with high patience and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Prior experience in a retail or BPO environment is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work onsite at the Bridgetowne, Quezon City facility.
