  • Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and chat regarding retail inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
  • Navigate multiple software systems to document customer interactions accurately.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of retail product lines and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and account management.
  • Uphold brand standards and deliver personalized customer experiences in every interaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Completed at least 2 years in college or a Senior High School graduate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Customer-centric mindset with high patience and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Prior experience in a retail or BPO environment is an advantage but not required.
  • Ability to work onsite at the Bridgetowne, Quezon City facility.
