Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound calls and chats from customers regarding orders, payments, and product inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently by providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Process transactions including order placement, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet sales targets when applicable.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed quality assurance metrics and customer satisfaction scores.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 18 years old.
  • High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Willing to work onsite at SM CDO Downtown Premier, Cagayan de Oro.
  • Open to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with internet browsing.
  • No prior BPO experience is required – fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply!
  • Must be a Filipino citizen or hold relevant work documentation.
