Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and transactions accurately using CRM systems
- Update customer records and maintain detailed interaction logs
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and satisfaction scores

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
