Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or supervisors.
- Document all customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Proactively promote products and services to meet sales targets and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Must be currently based in Davao, Philippines.
- High school graduate or Bachelor’s degree holder is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office applications.
