Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for retail accounts with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolve product inquiries, order issues, and service complaints using CRM systems
  • Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate with team members and report to team leader for continuous improvement
  • Maintain detailed call documentation and adhere to company policies/procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills
  • Identify trends and escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Previous customer service/call center experience advantageous
  • Ability to work graveyard shift (10 PM - 7 AM) with strong time management
  • Proficient in computer applications and multitasking in fast-paced environments
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer-focused mindset with patience and resilience
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and pre-employment screenings
