Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or college degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role is advantageous but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong listening skills and empathy to understand customer needs.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, and CRM software).
  • Ability to work rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
