Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to sales and logistics coordination.
- Provide accurate and timely information on shipping rates, schedules, and service options to prospective and existing clients.
- Process sales orders, bookings, and documentation with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover and follow-up of leads and quotes.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues related to shipments, billing, or service gaps promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and traceability.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and service performance for management review.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to enhance customer value and revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of work experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or a similar role (Logistics industry experience is an advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work onsite in Intramuros, Manila.
