This exciting opportunity is based onsite at our modern facility along Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City. The role operates on a night shift schedule to support our international clients and offers a highly competitive salary package of ₱30,000 – ₱35,000 per month, along with other performance-based incentives.

As a Sales CSR, you will be the energetic and persuasive voice of our brand. Your primary mission is to engage with a high volume of prospective and existing customers over the phone. By utilizing our proven sales scripts and your natural charisma, you will confidently promote and sell our premium membership plans. Your day-to-day will involve consultative selling, overcoming objections with seamless professionalism, and providing exceptional service that keeps our customers coming back. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform high-volume phone outreach to actively promote and sell company membership plans to prospective and existing customers.
- Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive sales conversions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries and overcome objections.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in the company CRM system.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, and account updates with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members and management to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines during all customer interactions.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School graduate or equivalent; College graduates are preferred.
- Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO sales or telemarketing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work onsite in Mandaluyong City (Shaw Boulevard).
- Willing to work night shifts (US business hours).
- Proficient in basic computer applications and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a sales-driven environment.
