In this pivotal role, you will act as a Leasing Agent, identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships through strategic outbound communication.
As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for presenting our leasing options to prospective clients, addressing their inquiries, and ultimately closing sales deals. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads and present property leasing opportunities.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate leasing packages to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up on leads promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service with a focus on sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
