- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products/services
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems

- Meet/exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction and sales targets
- Document interactions and provide feedback for service improvement
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or sales experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient with CRM software and digital tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Positive attitude with customer-focused mindset
