Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to satellite radio subscribers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues, billing inquiries, and account management requests
- Process service activations, upgrades, and subscription modifications accurately
- Maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems with precision
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call quality and resolution times
- Stay updated on satellite radio features, promotions, and policy changes
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- 6 months+ customer service or call center experience
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
- Proficiency in Windows applications and CRM systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude with resilience in high-volume environments
- Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines
