In this shift-based role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their inquiries are resolved with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.

We offer a competitive salary package, with the potential to earn up to RM5,000 per month, depending on your performance and experience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions into the CRM system.
  • Provide detailed information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department for resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and Mandarin preferred).
  • Ability to work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others succeed.
