Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions into the CRM system.
- Provide detailed information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department for resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and Mandarin preferred).
- Ability to work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others succeed.
