Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipping status, orders, and account details via phone, email, and chat.
- Coordinate with the logistics department to track shipments and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
- Process shipping documentation accurately and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional logistics services to existing clients.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or the logistics industry is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using computer applications, specifically MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of shipping terms (FOB, CIF, Incoterms) is an advantage.
