Your primary focus will be managing customer inquiries, tracking shipments, and resolving logistics issues efficiently. You will collaborate closely with our operations team to ensure smooth delivery processes. Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipping status, orders, and account details via phone, email, and chat.
  • Coordinate with the logistics department to track shipments and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
  • Process shipping documentation accurately and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional logistics services to existing clients.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and performance metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or the logistics industry is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in using computer applications, specifically MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of shipping terms (FOB, CIF, Incoterms) is an advantage.
