Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining brand standards
- Process transactions and provide accurate information about products/services
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed case records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and satisfaction scores
- Continuously update product knowledge to deliver precise support
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency with CRM systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Positive attitude and resilience in high-pressure situations
