Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage large volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve high levels of satisfaction and first-call resolution.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and methods provided.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents appropriately.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall service quality and workflow efficiency.
  • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets (KPIs) consistently.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School Graduate; College undergraduates or fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with empathy.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Residing within or willing to commute to Mandaluyong City (SM Megamall area).
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus but not required.
