Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Spanish and English languages (both written and verbal)
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with customer service software
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education a plus
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
