Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professional etiquette.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers by using the right tools and data resources.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by providing empathetic and efficient support.
  • Record detailed summaries of customer interactions within the CRM platform.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) including Average Handling Time and Quality Scores.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify process improvements and enhance service delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a Senior High School graduate or has completed 2 years in College.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Amenable to working on shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be willing to work on-site at our Spark Cubao location.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or customer-facing role is an advantage but not required for fresh graduates with high potential.
