Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-class customer support via phone, email, and chat for users of various streaming applications (e.g., Netflix, Spotify).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to account access, streaming quality, device compatibility, and app functionality.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, subscription management, and general account information.
- Educate users on new features, content, and best practices for their streaming experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently within the CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional, empathetic, and effective solutions.
- Contribute to team goals and performance metrics by consistently meeting service standards.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or technical support role is preferred.
- Genuine passion for streaming services (Netflix, Spotify, Disney+, Prime Video, etc.) and a good understanding of how they work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a clear and professional demeanor.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating web-based applications and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills and patience.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Residing in or willing to commute to Quezon City, Metro Manila.
