Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide professional and efficient technical support via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers using proprietary diagnostic tools.
  • Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system.
  • Educate customers on product features and tech-driven solutions to enhance their user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical concerns appropriately.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new products and technical advancements.

Kualifikasi

  • At least Senior High School graduate (or equivalent).
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge or genuine interest in technology.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule (including weekends/holidays).
  • Previous BPO experience is a plus, but highly motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
