In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, helping customers resolve technical concerns, billing inquiries, and account management requests while delivering top-tier service.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
  • Resolve customer issues related to telecommunications services, including technical troubleshooting and account billing.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics, including Average Handle Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company data privacy and security policies at all times.
  • Provide expert product knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right plans or services.

Kualifikasi

  • Educational attainment: At least Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Prior experience in a BPO or Telco account is an advantage but not required (Fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Ability to work in an onsite, shifting schedule environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and patience in handling difficult customer situations.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications.
  • Ability to start immediately.
